The Education Room is located upstairs on the same floor that the Birth Centre is located on - turn left after coming out of the lift (or up the stairs) and the room is straight ahead.

There are 6 car parks dedicated to the Birthing Centre but are intended for those who are currently birthing there and their support people.  If your course is taking place in the evening then it is likely that you will be able to find a parking space at the Birthing Centre because the car parks for the other businesses that occupy the Centre during the day will not be in use.
