Between 10-20 mums out of 100 will suffer from antenatal and/or postnatal distress (PND) - depression or anxiety or both. This session will provide information about PND, so you know how to recognise the symptoms and be able to make a 'game plan' so that you can get back to your best self. Partners and babies are welcome as they may be affected too.
